The CZ Shadow 2 pistols are now used by twice as many top-level competitors than any other maker. The CZ Shadow 2 SA pistol should be on your shortlist of handguns, especially if you compete. While not legal for Production Division like the standard version, the lighter, crisper SA trigger gives the target shooting enthusiast the ability to punch holes in paper with extreme precision. Nearly identical to the Shadow 2, the SA requires the hammer to be cocked in order for it to fire. The CZ Shadow 2 SA features a higher beavertail and undercut trigger guard so you are able to be as close to the bore axis as possible. The majority of the reciprocating mass is centered on the bore and the increased weight at the dust cover/rail helps to keep muzzle rise down.
