Description
The Ruger AR-556 rifle features an 11″ aluminum handguard that is free-floated for increased accuracy and utilizes M-LOK attachment slots along the 3:00, 6:00 and 9:00 positions. It also has additional attachment points on the angled slots near the muzzle so you can set up your handguard to your liking. The flat top upper receiver has a Picatinny rail for simple attachment of back up iron sights and optics. The Ruger AR-556 is made from 7075-T6 anodized aluminum forgings, and a proof-tested 9310 steel bolt, with a 8620 steel bolt carrier group. The inside diameter of the carrier and gas key are chrome plated and the key is properly is staked for longevity.
