Christensen Arms is known for making high quality carbon fiber barrels for a variety of weapon systems and have now taken their knowledge to create a premium AR-15 with carbon fiber in all the right places. The CA5Five6 is an AR-15 chambered in 5.56 NATO with a 16 inch barrel and all the upgrades you could want. Firstly, the barrel is from their premium line which is made from 416R stainless steel wrapped in carbon fiber offering the rigidity and heat management necessary for high accuracy potential while also being light weight. The match grade chamber is precisely machined for extreme consistency with match grade ammunition and it comes with a 3-prong flash hider installed on the 1/2×28 threads. The upper and lower receivers are forged from 7075-T6 aluminum for durability and hardcoat anodized in bronze. At only 6.3 lbs, you can’t go wrong with the Christensen Arms CA5Five6 AR-15 rifle.

Christensen Arms was founded in Utah in 1995 when it branched off from the aerospace industry to pursue a patent on carbon fiber rifle barrels. Christensen Arms was the first to develop the carbon fiber rifle barrel and opened the door to innovation in the firearms industry and continues to do so with their increasing line of high quality products. The growing popularity of lightweight AR15 rifle builds is only continued by Christensen Arms line of carbon fiber barrels and stocks and will continue to be a driving force behind firearms innovation.
